Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with young people aged 7-16 who have learning difficulties and speech and language needs. This full-time, permanent position is based at a special educational needs school, with hours from 08:30 to 16:00, Monday-Friday, starting in September.
The successful candidate will support students on a 1:1 basis, helping them access their learning in alignment with their Individual Learning Plans (ILPs). Responsibilities include fostering student independence and encouraging participation in the community.
