You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential. This is a fantastic chance to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward-thinking school community.

What we are looking for Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare

Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development

Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries

Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities

Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents

Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Please read the
