Our client is a well-established, family-owned business operating within the retail, hospitality and visitor attraction sector. With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding customer experiences and continued business growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to join their senior management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a diverse and fast-paced business where you'll work closely with the Directors to support financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
• Produce accurate monthly management accounts.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cashflow reports.
• Oversee purchase and sales ledgers.
• Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance with HMRC requirements.
• Oversee payroll and pension administration.
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and financial performance.
• Support the Directors with strategic planning and business growth.
