Registered Nurse (RGN) - Day Shifts - £22.50–£24 + Paid breaks and handover

    Not suitable for newly qualified nurses.
  • Flexibility to work weekends is required.

What You’ll Need
  • Active NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
  • Proven post-registration experience in a nursing home or hospital setting.
  • Confidence working days with responsibility for clinical oversight.
  • Strong medication management and care planning skills.
  • Experience with wound management, PEG feeds, and syringe drivers.
  • Dementia care experience.
  • Familiarity with electronic care record systems.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead clinical care and decision‑making.
  • Manage medication rounds safely and accurately.
  • Maintain and update care plans and clinical documentation.
  • Provide wound care, PEG feeding, syringe driving, and related interventions.
  • Monitor residents’ condition and respond to changes appropriately.
  • Deliver clear, thorough handovers to the day team.
