Interim HR Advisor

Interim HR Advisor Bicester | Ongoing Interim Contract An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR team during an exciting period of organisational and digital transformation. This is a hands-on generalist HR role offering a mix of employee relations, policy development, manager coaching, recruitment support, and project work. You'll play a key role in supporting the business through the implementation of a new HR system and improving HR processes and data quality across the organisation.

This role is based on-site in Bicester, 5 days per week, and requires someone who is available to start immediately or at short notice.

Key Responsibilities Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers on a range of people matters. Manage and support employee relations casework. Review, update and simplify HR policies and procedures to improve accessibility and usability. Support a major HR system implementation and wider digital transformation project. Help improve HR data accuracy and reporting capabilities. Assist with recruitment activity and provide generalist HR support across various business areas.

Contribute to reward-related initiatives and other HR projects as required. About You Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience). Significant HR Advisory experience within a generalist HR environment. Strong working knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation. Experience developing and updating HR policies. Comfortable working with HR systems, data, and process improvement initiatives. Proactive, adaptable and happy to get involved in both operational and project-based HR activities.

Available immediately or at short notice. Able to work on site in Bicester five days per week. What's on Offer Salary of £45,000 equivalent on an hourly basis PAYE via Reed . Ongoing interim opportunity with funding currently secured until the end of the year and potential for extension. Opportunity to be involved in a significant HR systems and digital transformation programme.
