HR Assistant Canterbury, £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, Full Time | Up to 40 Hours per Week, Office Based Are you looking to take the next step in your HR career? The Role As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential support across the employee lifecycle, helping to ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and onboarding new employees Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation Assisting with absence management, holiday tracking, and employee onboarding Producing HR reports and updating company systems Supporting HR projects and initiatives Responding to employee queries and providing day-to-day administrative support Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation About You The successful candidate will have:
Previous HR administration or HR assistant experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office The ability to handle confidential information professionally A positive and proactive approach to work Desirable: CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently studying towards it) What's on Offer?
