Our In‑House Marketing Representative generates leads and books qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members, and other qualified customers. The role also provides customer and concierge services to all guests to project a professional company image.

- Conduct pre‑arrival calls to owners, renters, and exchangers; confirm appointments and improve show rates.
- Complete required paperwork accurately for each tour and check availability to avoid overbooking tour waves.
- Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts and promote courtesy tours; follow gifting procedures to meet monthly cost targets.
- Provide location‑related guest service and advise guests on resort services; distribute only HGV‑authorized information, collateral, and materials.
- Maintain location operating standards and fulfill all other reasonable requests by management.
- Contact appropriate management with any guest issues.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
EligibilityAll U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
QualificationsHilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Experience in customer service for at least a year.
- Minimum of six months of proven success in a sales and/or marketing role within the timeshare industry.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple customer‑service software applications efficiently.
- Professional verbal, interpersonal, guest‑relations and etiquette skills in person, written form, and on the telephone.
- Proficiency in English (speak, read, write).
Additional advantageous capabilities:
- Minimum of two years experience selling and booking tours, activities, and concierge services.
- One year of experience in the timeshare industry with a track record of success in sales and/or marketing.
