Physician - OD - Optometrist About the Role
Join our dedicated team at SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean Divisions of Ophthalmology and Optometry. We are seeking passionate full‑time (1.0 FTE) optometrists to enhance patient care at our clinics in the Baraboo/Sauk Area. Become a vital part of our mission to provide exceptional eye care in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑level optometric care and collaborate with ophthalmologists to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Offer specialty contact lenses and post‑surgery care.
- Work within an integrated eye network, consulting subspecialists when needed.
- Board‑certified in optometry (certification within five years of hire).
- Experience in specialty contact lenses and post‑surgery care preferred.
- Newer graduates considered; residency training preferred.
- Excellent compensation package.
- Use of EPIC EMR in both clinic and hospital settings.
