MSA has an opportunity for a full-time Senior Project Manager Engineering at our Baraboo, WI office. This position involves leading coastal/waterfront engineering projects from start to finish, making a positive impact on communities.

Responsibilities- Manage projects and serve as a client liaison, including meetings with clients
- Plan, scope, budget, and ensure quality control on projects
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and assist in securing new work
- Review plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
- Review regulatory permits and complete technical reports
- Develop clients and grow the coastal engineering market
- Design coastal and waterfront infrastructure projects
- Mentor junior staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering;
Master’s preferred - 9+ years of experience in coastal/waterfront projects, client management, and project management
- Professional Engineer license required
- Experience with regulatory compliance and consulting preferred
- Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided
