MSA has an opportunity for a full-time Senior Project Manager Engineering at our Baraboo, WI office. This position involves leading coastal/waterfront engineering projects from start to finish, making a positive impact on communities.

• Manage projects and serve as a client liaison, including meetings with clients
• Plan, scope, budget, and ensure quality control on projects
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and assist in securing new work
• Review plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
• Review regulatory permits and complete technical reports
• Develop clients and grow the coastal engineering market
• Design coastal and waterfront infrastructure projects
• Mentor junior staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering;
  Master’s preferred
• 9+ years of experience in coastal/waterfront projects, client management, and project management
• Professional Engineer license required
• Experience with regulatory compliance and consulting preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided
