• The Controller will oversee monthly and annual financial statement preparation
• Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Manage cash flow and provide financial insights to support decision‑making
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and support audit preparation
• Communicate complex financial information to senior executives and board members

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA or CMA highly valued
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role
• Experience with GAAP, audits, and process improvement
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A Controller who is comfortable translating financial data into actionable insights
• The ideal Controller will be detail‑oriented, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of the finance function

• Up to $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
