Position:
Family Centered Treatment Therapist (Full Time)

This full‑time, benefit‑eligible therapist will join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team. The role focuses on real‑difference therapy for families, offers direct clinical treatment, and includes weekly individual and team supervision. It serves Columbia and Sauk Counties and may be based in Madison, Baraboo, or Fond du Lac.

About the Family Centered Treatment Team

The FCT team implements a home‑based evidence‑based trauma model that stabilizes or reunifies families. Our goal is to keep families together in the community, treat inter‑generational trauma, and empower recipients with internal strengths.

As a Therapist with FCT, you will:
  • Maintain a flexible weekly schedule with evening client hours based on availability.
  • Learn the FCT framework and complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months of hire, supported by the supervisor and team trainer.
  • Provide direct clinical treatment using FCT‑compatible methods, meeting fidelity requirements of 5 hours per week per family (caseload 3–5 families, travel dependent).
  • Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation in an Electronic Health Record system to meet state, county, and evidence‑ practice standards.
  • Collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants to secure buy‑in and cooperation throughout FCT treatment.
  • Participate in weekly individual and team supervision, providing kind, direct, and honest feedback to team members, including peer review participation.
  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system (1–2 weekends in a quarter).
Essential

Skills and Qualifications
  • Background Check Required.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work with a Mental Health concentration, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related program is required.
  • Practicum experience related to LSS services is required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Eligibility for training or full license by meeting WI Department of Safety and Professional Services criteria for Advanced Practice Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Practical Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
