Location: Pardeeville, WI

Position Type: Part Time (Hourly)

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (additional hourly compensation available depending on availability and shift differential)

Looking to make someone else’s day? As a Caregiver (home health aide or personal care assistant), you will build rewarding relationships while performing personal care services such as hygiene care, meal preparation, vitals, and activity assistance.

• Provide client hygiene care: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, linen changes, light housekeeping
• Prepare and administer meals according to client’s diet
• Take and record vital signs, height and weight as needed
• Assist client with range of motion exercises and document observed changes; report changes to Director of Nursing
• Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities and shopping
• Develop and promote a safe environment for client care through adherence to policies, procedures and standards
• Ensure client rights are adhered to

• Licensed driver with reliable, insured transportation meeting organization’s requirements
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
• Strong reading, writing, speaking, and understanding of English; effective communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes as needed for client care or staff/business needs
• Pre‑hire steps include reference checks, legal work status confirmation, driving record check, TB test, and drug test

We are especially seeking staff with availability for the following key shifts:

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (varied days, including weekends)
