Now Hiring:Resident Assistant (Full‑Time/Part‑Time)
As a Resident Assistant ire Meadows, you’ll be a vital part of creating a safe, comfortable, and joyful environment for our residents. Your empathy, attentiveness, and commitment will directly enhance their daily lives.
Your Responsibilities- Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, meals, feeding assistance, ambulating, transferring, turning, positioning, and toileting
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living spaces—including tidying rooms, changing linens, and assisting with personal items
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to ensure clear and consistent communication
- Follow all CBRF regulations, as well as state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
- Observe and report any notable changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral condition
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises per individualized care plans
- Engage residents in interactive activities that encourage independence, connection, and well‑being
- Respond quickly and kindly to resident requests and call lights
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to deliver holistic, person‑centered care
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active CBRF Certification (required)
- CNA a plus!
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Basic computer skills for charting and communication
- Previous caregiving or long‑term care experience preferred — but not required! We value dedication and heart above all.
