Physical Therapist

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and develop patient treatment plans for movement dysfunction, pain, and related conditions.

• Assessing patient conditions through initial and ongoing evaluations.
• Creating, revising, and implementing tailored care plans involving patients and families.
• Performing therapy interventions using standard techniques suited to patient needs.
• Providing education to patients, families, and staff based on assessed needs.
• Ensuring continuity of care through discharge planning, home instructions, and equipment recommendations.
• Supervising physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff.
• Maintaining detailed documentation of patient responses and interventions.
• Working safely and performing additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with valid licensure.
• Strong assessment, treatment, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise support personnel and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Physical ability to perform standing, lifting, and movement tasks required for patient care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.

• Work primarily during day shifts.
