Flambeau Inc. is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee production operations and associates on the Sunday-Thursday 11pm–7am shift. You will ensure customer needs are met, safety requirements are followed, and corporate policies are maintained while achieving operation goals.
You will coach and develop staff, manage material flow and quality programs, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement in Lean manufacturing and 5S practices, aligning with Flambeau Core Values.
