Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
Overview
As an AMC Crew member, you're the star in making the guest experience a blockbuster success. You'll rotate through roles such as welcoming guests, selling snacks, checking tickets, keeping things clean, and running the register. You'll cross-train to build new skills and stay engaged in the action.
What You'll Be Doing- Greet guests with a smile and create memorable moments.
- Pop popcorn, sell snacks, check tickets, and assist guests with concerns.
- Keep theater areas clean and safe; operate the register as needed.
- Rotate through roles and cross-train to develop new skills.
- Hourly compensation: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
