As a Team Leader - Keyholder, you support store leadership to reach sales goals, work alongside associates, and provide daily direction, communication, and training. You motivate the team to deliver an amazing shopping experience, build brand loyalty through every customer interaction, and consistently model Vera Bradley’s core values.

• Drive sales by exceeding goals, converting customers, executing community outreach, and promoting campaigns.
• Lead people by motivating and inspiring the team through Vera Bradley’s core values.
• Show passion for Vera Bradley products by suggesting items that fit unique customer needs and driving add‑on sales.
• Innovate merchandising and operations by executing daily procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring the store remains organized and inviting.
• Maintain integrity by being reliable, upholding core values, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

• People person who enjoys interacting with customers.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support opening, closing, and peak business needs.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior retail or management experience.

Requirements include constant walking and standing, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching, strong vision, hearing, and dexterity, and the ability to lift 10–35 lbs. and occasionally up to 55 lbs. Ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.
