Job Description

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. The role involves ensuring smooth operations during shifts, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. Experience in a fast‑paced food service environment is preferred.

• Manage all aspects during shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, perfect image, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold brand standards.
• Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.

• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination and fast accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Adapt to varying work conditions (temperature, dust, moving mechanical parts).

• Experience in retail or food service management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under stress.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle if required for delivery responsibilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems.

• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing required.
• Exposure to temperature variations, food fumes, and hand‑to‑hand operations.
