We're looking for an experienced Field Service Technician II who thrives on variety, enjoys customer interaction, and wants to combine hands‑on technical expertise with travel and adventure.

This position offers extensive travel opportunities across North America and internationally. One week you might be supporting a customer commissioning a new facility, and the next you could be troubleshooting a critical transformer installation halfway across the country.

You’ll work directly with customers when they need expert guidance the most. You’ll diagnose issues, provide technical solutions, and build trust through your professionalism and technical expertise.

You’ll be backed by a highly skilled network of engineers, quality specialists, testing experts, and fellow field technicians. We invest heavily in onboarding, technical development, mentorship, and continuous learning to help you succeed.

From commissioning and testing equipment to failure analysis, customer support, mentoring junior technicians, and collaborating with engineering teams, you’ll constantly be challenged and engaged.

• Technical diploma, degree, or equivalent industry experience
• Experience servicing transformers, switch gear, power distribution equipment, or industrial electrical systems
• Strong understanding of electrical testing, troubleshooting, and power systems
• Experience using testing and measurement equipment
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to travel extensively, including international travel on short notice
