Brainware University invites exceptionally talented young scholars from IITs, IISc, IIMs, NITs, and other premier institutions (NIRF Ranking, 2025: 1 to 50) to join our  Young Scholars Faculty Track  and build a meaningful academic career.

This initiative is designed to identify high-potential researchers and outstanding academic performers who aspire to contribute to  teaching excellence, impactful research, and innovation  within a rapidly growing multidisciplinary university ecosystem.

Eligibility:

- • UG and PG and/or PhD from  IIT / IISc / IIM / NIT / reputed universities (NIRF Ranking, 2025: 1 to 50)

• Freshers or Ph.D. Thesis submitted candidates ( from above mentioned instituitions ) may also apply

• Consistent academic excellence (70% or equivalent CGPA throughout)

• Strong conceptual clarity and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students

• Interest in research, innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic leadership

Role & Academic Track:

- Selected candidates may be considered under the  Young Scholars Faculty Track , with placement based on profile and institutional requirements, including:

• Assistant Professor – Research & Innovation

• Senior Assistant Professor – Research & Innovation

• Research Faculty (Equivalent to Assistant Professor)

This track is designed to  accelerate the transition of young scholars into impactful academic roles  combining teaching, research, and institutional development.

Compensation:

- • PhD (Freshers): ₹9–10 LPA

• Outstanding PG + NET – Starting from ₹8 LPA
