Brainware University invites applications from dynamic and motivated professionals for the position of  Admission Counsellor . The role involves guiding prospective students in selecting the right academic programmes and helping them understand the career opportunities available after completing their studies at the University.

Job Role:

- The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for advising prospective  Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG)  students on the academic programmes offered by the University, highlighting programme benefits, and supporting them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- • Counsel prospective students regarding academic programmes, career pathways, and university offerings.

• Connect with prospective students over phone and other communication channels to present and promote the University’s programmes with the objective of converting leads into applicants.

• Maintain continuous engagement with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during both the  pre-admission and post-admission  stages.

• Maintain liaison with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to generate and nurture potential student leads.

• Assist prospective students throughout the admission process and address their queries effectively.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admission-related interactions as per institutional guidelines.

Eligibility:

- • Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–5 years of relevant experience  in colleges or universities preferred.

• Candidates with experience in  BPO or insurance calling processes  are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
