CMS Laser Tracker Technicians are responsible for performing 3D inspection of large pressure vessels and steam generating equipment using portable coordinate measuring systems such as Laser Trackers and Articulated Measuring Arms. After completing training and qualification, candidates will plan and develop inspection methods, conduct data collection surveys, and analyze and report results to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

• Minimum A.S. degree in a technical field or at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical drawings, blueprints, and basic understanding of ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.
• Strong 3D visualization skills and experience with 3D CAD/Modeling preferred.
• Experience with Laser Trackers and Articulated CMMs is desired but not required, as training will be provided.
• Good math, geometry, and analysis skills; proficiency with MS Excel.
• Willingness to perform hands-on work in manufacturing environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and pass inspector qualification exams.
• Flexibility to work any shift for extended periods and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
