** This hybrid role is the engine of our dealership. You will oversee the daily operations of the parts department—including procurement and inventory strategy—while serving as the primary point of contact for customer service intake. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of outdoor power equipment, sharp organizational skills, and the ability to translate technical issues into clear solutions for our customers.###

** Responsibilities
* *** Parts Manager Duties:**
* ** Inventory Strategy:
** Oversee all ordering, receiving, and inventory control; conduct regular cycle counts to ensure 100% accuracy.
* ** Department Synergy:
** Work seamlessly with the service department to ensure technicians have the right parts at the right time.
* ** Growth:
** Develop strategies to increase parts sales and hit quarterly revenue targets.
* ** Vendor Relations:
** Manage and leverage relationships with parts suppliers and manufacturers.
* ** Organization:
** Maintain a professional, clean, and highly efficient parts showroom and warehouse.
** Service Writer Duties:**
* ** Customer Intake:
** Greet customers, document equipment issues, and manage expectations with transparency.
* ** Estimating:
** Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization promptly.
* ** Workflow Coordination:
** Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to maintain a steady shop flow.

** Maintain detailed customer records and service histories within our management system.###
** Qualifications**

* Experience:

** Proven background in parts management or service writing (Outdoor Power Equipment or Automotive experience preferred).
* ** Knowledge:
