Overview
Now hiring a Production Technician for a manufacturing company in Barberton.
Monday – Thursday, 3:45pm – 1:45am. Occasional overtime on Fridays. Weekly pay at $16.25 per hour.
Job Duties- Operate and monitor machinery used to manufacture and mold rubber components.
- Follow production schedules and work orders.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor troubleshooting on equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, reporting any abnormalities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Previous rubber manufacturing experience is a plus.
