PPG Barberton Norton OH plant is actively seeking a Chemical Operator to join our rotating shift team. You will contribute directly to producing quality products, report to a Production Supervisor, and play a critical role in safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Salary is listed at $26.64 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and an additional $1,000 retention bonus after one year. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and willingness to work overtime
