Accountable for oversight of general day‑to‑day nursing operations which includes planning, hospital scheduling, maximizing productivity, acuity‑based staffing, reporting metrics, scheduling, and oversight of the system administrative nursing supervisors. Exemplifies a vision for change and continuous improvement by leading interdisciplinary teams. Coaches, mentors, directs, supports, teaches, and empowers staff. Utilizes corporate strategic plans and service excellence policies as a framework to plan and deliver high‑quality patient care services in a cost‑effective manner.

• Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Applicants are required to obtain a Master’s degree within three (3) years of employment
• Graduate of a program of professional nursing that is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
• Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio
• Certification preferred

• Five (5) years nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership qualities

• Possesses excellent communication, leadership, organizational and interprofessional skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment by accepting and offering honest and constructive feedback, supporting team goals, and encouraging collegial relationships with others.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of individuals and establish and maintain professional relationships with key medical and clinical staff, partnering organizations and related organizations.
• Ability to accurately analyze situations and make sound recommendations.
• Goal‑oriented, able to achieve results in a large, complex organization.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location, are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range.
