Outside Sales Representative – Barberton Region – $5,000.00 Signing Performance Bonus
Within the Barberton region, the Outside Sales Representative is the face of Omni Fiber, primarily via residential door-to-door selling. This role is accountable for growing the number of Omni Fiber customers within assigned markets and increasing the subscriber base through face‑to‑face and in‑home sales presentations.
The role will primarily operate in the surrounding communities of Medina, Barberton, Seville, Litchfield, Chippewa Lake, Spencer, Wadsworth, Homerville, Lodi, and Kent. Assigned territories may change based on business requirements. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Benefits- Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000–$105,000 per year.

- Conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations at residential properties to engage homeowners and showcase Omni Fiber products and services.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas by selling Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services door‑to‑door to residential customers in assigned territories.
- Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and establish strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Scheduled work hours:
Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Hours may change based on weather conditions and seasonal adjustments. - Comply with all company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices while conducting sales activities.
- Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules, locations, and sales strategies based on market conditions and company priorities.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
- Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles round‑trip in the assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the IRS allowable rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed per mile incurred.
