We are on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our high-performing manufacturing team. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, engineering analysis, and product development, with a proven ability to utilize CAD software to design and optimize manufacturing systems.

With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, the successful candidate will be adept at problem‑solving, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

• Utilize CAD software to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing systems and processes.
• Conduct comprehensive engineering analysis to identify potential inefficiencies or areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Lead product development initiatives, from concept generation through to final product manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and align with company standards and objectives.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Conduct research to inform the design and production of new technologies and systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Continually stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and manufacturing technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CAD software is a must.
• Demonstrated experience in mechanical design, engineering analysis, and product development.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem‑solving.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
• A proactive and collaborative team player, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development, and staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements.
