Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Blue Sky is a clinician‑led, patient‑centered behavioral health company dedicated to improving access to high‑quality mental health care. We serve patients across regions via secure telehealth consultations.

Provide individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.

• Deliver effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.
• Ensure all patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Participate in virtual clinical conferences—at least one per week during the first 90 days, then monthly thereafter.

• Active PMHNP license in at least one state; open to licensing in additional states.
• Prior work as a PMHNP preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and pharmacological treatments.
• Proficiency with non‑pharmacological interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.

Hourly: $70–$100 USD per hour.

Salary Range: $70,000–$100,000 USD per year.
