• 5 or more years in an IT position
• Plant and project management experience including managerial, continuous improvement, and system redesign techniques

• Project and process support, including training, communications and work management utilizing Agile methodology
• Technical and procedural documentation
• Strong skill set in system design: logic, data, network, process
• Problem analysis, definition, and resolution

Bachelor's Degree in MIS/Computer Science, or related field
