Growth, Profitability & Risk Management
  • Drive high-quality new business flow and ensure an appropriate mix of business and risk across individual agencies and the broader territory.
  • Provide clear guidance on appetite and target markets, identify profitability concerns, and take proactive steps to support agency success and ensure sustained profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with underwriting, product management, claims, and risk control teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and share competitive and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with Personal Lines or Business Lines colleagues to support shared agency assignments and cohesive market strategy.
