• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team
• Maintain effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success
• Lead efforts in parts sales and inventory management to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding company policies

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with integrity and strong decision-making skills
  
  Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in both Spanish and English preferred
• Previous experience in automotive retail
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the automotive retail sector
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage a team effectively
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes
• Additional certifications related to automotive service
