Seneca Federal Solutions is seeking highly qualified and security‑cleared individuals to serve as Cleared American Guards (CAGs) at U.S. government‑secured construction sites worldwide. This position supports the construction and security of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) in accordance with ICD/ICS 705 and U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) directives.
Primary Responsibilities- Meet and meet requirements and perform all responsibilities as identified in ICD/ICS 705.
- Perform access‑control functions at all vehicle and pedestrian entrances to the site except as otherwise noted in the security plan.
- Screen all non‑cleared workers, vehicles, and equipment entering or exiting the site.
- Deny introduction of prohibited materials, such as explosives, weapons, electronic devices, or other items as specified by an authorized official or designee.
- Conduct random inspections of site areas to ensure no prohibited materials have been brought onto the site.
- Bring to the attention of the site security manager or appropriate authority all suspicious materials or incidents.
- Assist with creating and executing standard operating procedures for security.
- Monitor surveillance systems like CCTV.
- U.S. Citizenship (required by federal security regulations).
- Active U.S. SECRET clearance (TOP SECRET required under COM authority or as directed).
- Must pass NCIC‑III and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) checks for base access.
- Ability to stand, walk, and inspect areas for long periods, including exposure to outdoor environments and variable weather.
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or military operations preferred.
- Completion of Antiterrorism Level I training (can be completed upon hiring).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain base access credentials, including necessary installation paperwork and forms (e.g., AE Form 190‑16A).
- Experience supporting SCIF construction or secure facility operations.
- Knowledge of ICD 705, CNSSI 7000, DODD 5205.07, and TEMPEST standards.
- Prior service in protective security or facility access control roles.
- Familiarity with personal and vehicle search procedures, CCTV systems, and portable intrusion detection equipment.
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) may be preferred.
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 regarding SCIF security and standards.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong security discipline.
