Seneca Federal Solutions is seeking qualified Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to support secure construction projects for the U.S. Marine Corps and Department of Defense (DoD). CSTs will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring uncleared personnel on secure construction sites and ensuring compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 standards. Work will be performed at various domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) sites.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor all uncleared personnel and construction activities on secure sites.
- Ensure compliance with ICD/ICS 705 and project‑specific Construction Security Plans (CSP).
- Conduct and document daily inspections of construction work, materials, and personnel and produce reports with photographic evidence of work performed as well as weekly summaries.
- In coordination with local Facility Security Officer (FSO) and policies, support security access control measures and inspect all incoming materials.
- Report incidents, variances from plans, and suspicious activities to Site Security Manager (SSM) or Facility Security Officer (FSO).
- Attend project meetings and provide input regarding security‑related activities.
- Follow site‑specific procedures for opening/closing and safety compliance.

- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

, with up to 2 years substituted by related security experience on SCIF or DoD‑secure sites. - Familiarity with all 16 standard divisions of construction
