Constructif BV in Barendrecht zoekt een werkvoorbereider Utiliteit die projecten technisch en organisatorisch voorbereidt. Je houdt toezicht op kosten, documentatie en zorgt voor een soepel projectverloop.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van werkplannen, inkoopschema’s en het communiceren met adviseurs en leveranciers. Een MBO Bouwkunde diploma en ervaring in utiliteitsbouw zijn vereist.
Bij goed functioneren krijg je een arbeidsovereenkomst van 12 maanden met uitzicht op een vast contract.
