CVO zoekt een afdelingsleider voor het vwo. Je geeft leiding aan mentoren en docenten, draagt zorg voor onderwijsresultaten en kwaliteitszorg op de afdeling en onderhoudt relaties met andere scholen voor leerlinginstroom en
-uitstroom.
Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en het ondersteuningsteam en neemt deel aan schoolleiding. De functie is op basis van loondienst met schaal 12 CAO-VO, minimaal 0,8 fte met ca. 6 lessen in de eigen afdeling.
