ITIS in Barendrecht zoekt een Medior Skilled Servicedesk Medewerker ICT die 32–40 uur per week werkt aan Microsoft 365, Windows en Azure. Je biedt zelfstandig ondersteuning, analyseert incidenten en regisseert escalaties binnen een Managed Services-omgeving van de VDK Groep.
Je ontwikkelt jezelf richting IT-beheer met opleidingen/certificeringen, werkt met diverse klantomgevingen en onderhoudt duidelijke klantcommunicatie in NL en ENG.
