Flexitalent zoekt in Barendrecht een fulltime Teamcoördinator Logistiek. Je combineert leidinggeven met meewerken op de werkvloer en stuurt samen met een collega de logistieke operatie aan in ploegendienst (ochtend/avond om de week).
Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, begeleidt en motiveert collega’s, bewaakt voortgang en lost knelpunten snel op. Daarnaast biedt het salaris tussen €3.600 en €4.400 bruto per maand en ruimte voor verbetering in een informele werkomgeving.
