Visual Merchandising​/Activity Co-worker

Your workdays preferably start early in the morning. As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for the visual appearance of the entire store, ensuring that the layout supports the mechanical sales system, maintaining various display and presentation areas, and creating new ways to present products. You keep the store vibrant, collaborate with other departments, and share your knowledge and enthusiasm with colleagues.

You also lead and execute projects, prioritize your own work, and aim to exceed customer expectations.

• Preferably a completed degree in Visual Merchandising, product presentation, or spatial design, or a higher professional education (HBO) level.
• Knowledge and experience with 3D programs.
• Creative and commercial visual skills with a keen eye for aesthetics in shop design.
• Ability to verbally explain concepts and visual interpretations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong passion and affinity with interiors, retail design, styling, and trends.
• Recent work experience in retail, preferably as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Confidence in making decisions, courageous and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Energetic, commercially minded, solution‑oriented, and always seeking new ideas.
• Flexible, practical approach, and able to meet set deadlines.

• All‑in hourly wage starting at €20.14 per hour, including a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, and optional monthly payment.
• Allowances for early or late shifts and for working on Sundays and public holidays.
