• Experience as an automotive technician (all levels considered).

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Strong capability of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
