Floating Support Case Worker – Driver

Caerphilly supported housing consists of three homes, Ty Oborne, Ty Short and Jubilee House, each home offers a different level of support alongside Star flats which offers people targeted support delivered by a floating support team; who also work with people who are on the waiting list for one of the homes or moving on to their own accommodation.

We work with people who experience challenges with their mental health to achieve their goals and develop the skills & confidence to move on to their own tenancies.

We provide social, emotional, and practical support to people experiencing challenges with their mental health and emotional wellbeing that could impact their ability to maintain a stable tenancy.

Driving licence, Class-one business insurance and access to own vehicle is essential for the performance of this role
