Position: Product Management for Cross Portfolio Lifecycle Services (Canada GI - Puru Nayak)

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Product Manager:
Product‑Led Growth, you develop a clear product‑led growth strategy that helps customers understand the value that the product distinctly delivers. You collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership to ensure product outcomes and growth targets are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop Growth Strategy:
    Develop and maintain the roadmap of growth experiments for the product to drive user activation, adoption, conversion, and expanded usage.
  • Champion Experimentation Culture:
    Champion a culture of high‑velocity experimentation and learning within the growth team, developing hypotheses and executing tests and experiments to optimize user onboarding and conversion rates.
  • Define User Journey:
    Clarify the target audience and identify critical user activation within the product, create user journey maps, and define key milestones that drive and optimize user adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate on

    Roadmap:

    Collaborate with core product management to prioritize product‑led items into roadmap, packaging, and pricing to drive user acquisition, adoption, and usage growth.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement:
    Iterate based on experiment results to drive continuous improvement and optimize user adoption and engagement.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
  • Deep Expertise in Product‑Led Growth Strategy:
    Experience with developing and executing product‑led growth strategies that drive user activation, adoption, conversion, and expanded usage.
  • Experience with Experimentation and Testing:
    Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize user onboarding and conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement.
  • User Journey Mapping:
    Experience with creating user journey maps and defining key milestones that drive and optimize user adoption and engagement.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Experience with collaborating with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership to ensure product outcomes and growth targets are met.
  • Product Roadmap Development:
    Experience with prioritizing product‑led items into roadmaps, packaging, and pricing to drive user acquisition, adoption, and usage growth.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
  • Growth Experimentation Tools:
    Familiarity with tools used for designing, executing, and analyzing growth experiments, such as A/B testing software, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
  • Data Analysis Techniques:
    Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to measure the effectiveness of growth experiments and inform future product development.
  • User Feedback Methodologies:
    Experience with methodologies for collecting and incorporating user feedback into product development, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
