They are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business, build lasting client relationships, and play a key role in their continued success.
The Opportunity Working closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams, you'll be at the heart of business growth identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and helping businesses unlock their full potential through strategic digital marketing. You'll often be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them on how tailored digital solutions can accelerate their growth.
Key Responsibilities Qualify, manage, and close both inbound and self-generated opportunities Proactively develop new business via phone, email, Linked In, networking, and events Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Collaborate with marketing to create tailored proposals Confidently present solutions and manage the full sales cycle Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions About You Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing services Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation and closing skills A driven, proactive, and relationship-focused approach What's on Offer £36,000 - £40,000 basic salary Uncapped commission structure Realistic Year 1 OTE of £70,000 Clear progression opportunities as the company grows Ongoing training and professional development A supportive, relaxed working environment Interested If you're a motivated sales professional looking for career progression and significant earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
