Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)      With Accommodation:

Fully equipped shared apartment with utilities included. Available only to candidates relocating from 100 km+ away.)

Training:  15 working days of paid training (compensated upon successful completion).

What You Will Do     Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers

Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates

Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach

Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy

Requirements      Fluent Italian  (written & spoken)

Minimum 1 year of sales experience  (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa

Location & Schedule      On-site position in Lisbon

Rotative shifts between  06:0022:00 , Monday Sunday

40h/week (8h/day + 1h break)
