Maw Filiale di Latina cerca un Team Leader per gestire un team di customer service a Bari. La figura dovrà coordinare e motivare gli operatori, monitorare la qualità del servizio e gestire i report quotidiani.
Richiesta esperienza pregressa come team leader e conoscenza del settore recupero crediti. Si offre inizialmente un contratto di collaborazione di 4 mesi, con successivo inserimento a tempo indeterminato al V o IV livello del CCNL commercio.
