Overview
The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Internships provide first-hand insights into processes, systems, and practices aligned to ensure customer needs are met through execution and technology.
Responsibilities

Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance

Qualifications

Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in Mechanical and other Engineering Related Degree
Have maintained a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent in your country
Be fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills
Be able to legally work in the country where you are applying without company sponsorship or time restriction

Additional Information
During the internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will provide coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects. You will also become familiar with Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) culture and Baker Hughes's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
