Operation Technology, Digital & Data Associate Director

Experteer Overview   In this role you drive the site's digital transformation through the OT Digital & Data team, shaping the roadmap and delivering aligned initiatives. You will manage OT and digital project budgets, ensure compliance with Health Authority standards, and support quality inspections as SME. You bridge strategy with shopfloor operations, enabling digital adoption and continuous improvement. You join a global, inclusive team focused on patient‑centric outcomes and operational excellence.
Retribuzione / Benefits    Define and execute the digital roadmap for OT and digital initiatives
Lead a multicultural team to deliver projects on time and budget (Opex/Capex)
Ensure compliance with Health Authority requirements (EU, FDA) for computerized systems
Support the Quality Unit during inspections as subject matter expert
Bridge strategy and shopfloor operations to enable digital adoption
Drive change management and improve ways of working with a focus on quality
Responsabilità    Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
5+ years in specialized Digital or OT leadership roles
Proven team leadership in multicultural environments
Expert in Industry 4.0, connectivity solutions, and IT infrastructure
Strong knowledge of industrial automation and project management
Fluent in Italian and English with impactful communication
Goal‑oriented with emphasis on HA compliance and quality
