Position: Sourcing Advisor - Sourcing Management (M/F/D)
Experteer Overview In this role you will drive supplier quality initiatives within Baker Hughes' Global Supply Chain for the FCSS business. You collaborate with the Global Supplier Quality Leader and cross-functional teams to improve supplier quality, deploy QMS standards, and benchmark practices. You will lead complex supplier-related problem solving and advance automation opportunities. This position offers global exposure, a data-driven environment, and meaningful impact on energy technology projects.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead initiatives with the Global Supplier Quality Leader and teams to drive high-impact improvements

Prepare scorecard reviews for all production facilities and monthly supplier quality metrics

Benchmark with other business lines to capture best practices

Create and deploy QMS standards and drive process automation opportunities

Coordinate with Regional Supplier Quality Manager to ensure timely execution of development plans

Manage communication between project teams and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery

Drive complex supplier-related problem solving activities across sites

Responsabilità

Project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Lean and process optimization experience

Significant experience in raw materials, machined parts, or engineered systems

Data-driven mindset

Fluency in Italian and English Engineering degree or equivalent working experience (preferred)
Experience in oil & gas/automotive (preferred)

Experience with QA/QC tools and techniques (preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills

Willing to travel up to 50%
Resilient and able to work under stress
