Senior Contracts Manager Public Sector Builds

Our client, a well-established, privately owned, £50m turnover, main contracting business, seek to hire an experienced Contracts Manager to work based from their East London head offices.

Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, you will be overseeing a number of projects across London and the Home Counties, covering the;
Housing, Education, Health, Commercial and Public sectors, undertaking a wide range of new-build and refurbishment projects, up to circa £10m each in value.

You will be responsible for;

Managing Site Managers

Overseeing Sub-Contractors practices

Resolving issues with Sub-contractors or suppliers

Planning & Programming

Liaison with Commercial team

You will be working as part of a vibrant and tight-knit team, with clear objectives and career path for any desired progression. With a stable senior management team, this is a good environment to both and develop professionally. They are open to candidates who are either already established at this level (5+years) or Site / Projects Managers who looking to take the next step.
