Finance Business Partner – PE-Backed Growth Business London | 4 Days in Office | £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits

This is a genuinely exciting finance business partnering role in a fast-scaling, PE-backed organisation.
Sub £100m turnover, ambitious growth plans, and a real opportunity to influence performance, shape strategy, and help build a best-in-class commercial finance function.
You will work directly with an exceptional Director of FP&A and sit at the heart of leadership decision‑making.
This is not a back‑office reporting role. This is proper commercial impact.

- Produce senior‑ready insight, board‑level reporting and dashboards
- Improve systems, processes and scalability as the business grows
- Support continuous improvement across finance and operations
- Strong commercial finance / business partnering background
- Experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment (PE‑backed ideal)
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Advanced Excel skills, Power BI / Adaptive experience a bonus
- Proactive, sharp, and motivated by impact
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the London office

- Commercial exposure and career runway towards Finance Director level
